At Blu Pharmaceuticals we focus on the

In order to improve our existing services, Blu
Pharmaceuticals has implemented a sophisticated
computer software system which provides real time
inventory data. It allows us to track each drug
and its lot number from the manufacturer to the
wholesaler and ultimately the end customer.
Blu Pharmaceuticals meets the regulatory
requirements for chain of custody tracking of
prescription medications as outlined in the
Prescription Drug Marketing Act. At the customer’s
request Blu can provide a pedigree for the
products we manufacture. The pedigree is designed
to prevent drug counterfeiting, increase patient
safety, reduce operational costs and provide
superior business performance.
Our company has implemented an EDI data transfer
system that allows wholesalers to submit orders
and receive invoices electronically. These
electronic transfers can then be uploaded directly
into our system, virtually eliminating manual data
entry and therefore reducing errors.
