In January 2010, Blu Pharmaceuticals completed the acquisition of Biovail Corporation's Dorado, Puerto Rico manufacturing facility. The solid dosage facility will be used to manufacture generic pharmaceutical products and is part of our manufacturing growth strategy.

• The 2010 CASA Tennis Tournament sponsored by Blu Pharmaceuticals will be held August 6th - Aug 8th in Bowling Green, KY. Last year’s event was extremely succesful, raising nearly $20,000. The 2008 event was selected to receive the "2008 Charity of the Year" award from United States Tennis Association - Kentucky.
